The work that Geoff completed was exceptional and he was very thorough and he had attentional to detail. He made two cupboards in our front room and four shelves to a very high standard. He made two bespoke wardrobes in our main bedroom which were not easy to make but he overcame any obstacles and they look absolutely brilliant. In the other two bedrooms he replaced the two glass sliding doors and replaced them with normal doors and again overcame problems. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The doors and workmanship were top level and I would definitely use GRW Carpentry and Joinery again. Really easy to discuss what I wanted and response to any query was fast. My property was left in perfect condition at the end of every day. Geoff fitted spindles, a hand rail, newel post and cap and realigned a couple of steps at the bottom & spindles handrail and newel caps on the existing posts upstairs to match. Geoff also fitted 5 doors and took away the old ones. We are very happy with the workmanship and end result. Geoff listened to what we wanted and advised how we could achieve the end finish, when other carpenters we had to quote said it couldn’t be done or wouldn’t look right. We weren’t able to be at the house while Geoff was working but we trusted him with a key. We will definitely be booking Geoff again and would highly recommend! Geoff was very accommodating and moved our agreed date by a few days (due to our unhelpful carpets fitters changing their day). Geoff had to fit door jams after our carpet had been laid which we were initially hesitant about, however we needn't have worried. All the doors fit perfectly as do hinges, handles, locks and latches. We weren't able to be at the house when Geoff was there, but we trust him and left a key. Really happy with Geoff's work came out better than we expected particularly the French doors which were in a slightly awkward opening size but it all looks great.
